Leave 5 Bad Habits to reduce stress

What is your greatest stress- rebuke from the boss or wife? You may consider anything to be reason of your stressful life but your wrong habits can increase your stress. And you can reach a state of depression. Let us know about the same five bad habits.
1.     Oversleeping-Stress may start at beginning of your day if you are waking up late every day. Doctors also believe that the metabolism of late riser people is not good causing them to fatigue, stress and depression.
In studies it has been assumed that late rising people often skip breakfast and their body cycle is so messed up that they soon get stressed.
2.     Watching TV for long hours- After coming home from office, if you watch TV for entertainment for long hours. This habit is enough to reach to stress and state of depression. Instead of watching TV for hours you spend your time with family or walk, you will be far from stress.
3.      Smoking- You may think you smoke to relieve stress. But the reality is that, cigarette increases your stress. Smoking increases the heart beat which increases the tension.
4.      Excessive work- Office work pressure is in everybody's life. But those who do not always get the balance of work and family work or In addition to routine work cannot find anything new; they are bound to have Stress and depression. There is much more In addition to office work, do not let your hobby die.

5.      Incorrect eating- You do not have breakfast?  Take too much fast food or heavy diet? No fix time to eat? Your eating habits are enough to increase stress and to make you susceptible to many diseases.
